Team Entry Template

When submitting your PR, copy this template and fill it in:

| 1 | Team Awesome | @member1, @member2, @member3 | Granite Agent | [granite-sprint-team-awesome](https://github.com/...) | One-line description of your project |

Team Formation Tips

  • Size: Teams of 2–5 are recommended for one-week sprint scope. Choose a team lead who will create and share the repo
  • Diverse skills: Consider mixing up the team with different strengths — frontend, backend, data analysis, and communication/design.
  • Pick a clear idea early: Check the Ideas page for inspiration and lock in your topic by the end of kickoff day.
  • Divide and conquer: Break your project into independent pieces that team members can work on in parallel. Use Github Issues to document and assign task

Contribution Expectations

Each team should target at least one meaningful artifact by closeout:

  • Pull request (preferred)
  • Issue + reproducible analysis
  • Documentation/tutorial contribution
  • Working prototype with clear setup and results
