ci: Switch to PyPI trusted publisher system

I spent some time this afternoon trying to update the deployment automation in order to publish the latest version of pytest-sugar to PyPI, but I am running into some issues that would be easily resolved by switching to PyPI’s trusted publisher system.

While there are other possible ways to address the aforementioned deployment issues, switching to the trusted publisher system would be the most secure and efficient solution, so personally I consider this issue a blocker to subsequent releases to PyPI.

Hey, just wanted to add some signal here. The progress bar IndexError (fixed on main via #298 but not yet released) is hitting us. It can be triggered by pytest-xdist, @flaky, and likely other plugins that cause tests_taken to exceed tests_count. Would be great to get a release out, happy to help if there's anything I can do.

I’ve asked @Teemu for the relevant permissions needed to enable the aforementioned PyPI trusted publisher system, so at this point we are in a holding pattern until I hear back.
