It has to be decided where this fits best.

• It could be moved to the minutes repo. Granted, the files are not meeting minutes, but they are related to a time period in a similar way (and they can be viewed as an excerpt of a meeting).
• It could be moved to some governance-related website.

I'm kindly asking Jan to talk to the project board about this issue.

We have the content (for the final project board) in the docs repo, since its part of the rendered site.

I suggest that for the next voting we do the same with the nominees and just render them on the docs page and keep it there. If this sounds well for others, I'd volunteer and move the nominees of the past there and make sure it is properly part of the docs page (in the community governance section).
