Hi there, i'm Simon 馃憢
I鈥檓 a Software Engineer specialized in Developer Tools. I work on Microsoft Playwright, an end-to-end browser testing framework.
Previously, I worked at Netlify on all things developer-facing; built a job-queueing solution called Quirrel (sold to Netlify); and received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Hasso Plattner Institute near Berlin.
I鈥檓 the author of the popular SuperJSON library, and contributed to projects like Chromium, Next.js, the React 18 Working Group, Apache Traffic Server and Pandas.

Outside my profession, I enjoy woodworking, all kinds of design, cooking and cycling. I鈥檓 based in Berlin. Reach out if you want to have a coffee!
