GEDCOM 5.5.1 specifications states that NOTE records can cite sources:

In fact GEDKeeper is able to show and resolve references from notes to sources, as you can see in the following screenshot:
It would be great if GEDKeeper could easily add, edit and remove source citations within the create/edit note dialog.
