The Zigbee firmware installation does not work

hi,
I’m trying to flash the Zigbee firmware to my IoT Button V2, but the installation process hangs at ‘preparing installation’ stage. However, the ESPHome version installs successfully without issues.
Hardware: Seeed Studio IoT Button V2 (ESP32-C6)
