ReDI School’s Code of Conduct ensures a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative learning space. We ask all volunteers to:
- Embrace the mission: Empower kids with digital skills while fostering creativity and inclusion.
- Respect & inclusivity: Treat kids, parents, teammates, and partners with dignity and kindness.
- Communicate clearly: Share ideas, feedback, and concerns openly and constructively.
- Have fun: Teaching should be a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Be professional: Be reliable, punctual, and maintain confidentiality when needed.
- Work as a team: Support and encourage each other in building a strong teaching community.
- Aim for improvement: Give constructive feedback and help us grow as a program.
By signing the Volunteer Agreement at the beginning of their teaching experience, volunteers agree to respect the ReDI Code of Conduct during their volunteer experience and interactions with students, other volunteers, as well as with the ReDI team and community.
