ActionNotFoundException for responses and slots that are already added to domain.yml

Hi!
I worked with repo a month ago when there was no problem. I downloaded the latest code and rasa train gave an error when training the rasa core.

There was an error for the survey_complete slot saying it should be added to the domain.yml file. Another error was for the utter_start_over action. However, these two were present in the domain.yml file. I have no idea why the domain.yml error is occurring.

Please Help.
