RAW convert to MGF peak picking Algorithm

Which Algorithm should I chose for peak picking during conversion of RAW to .mgf?
Vendor or Continuous wave transform?

We do not do peak picking, typically, since we acquire MS2 data in centroid mode. In any case, vendor should be the choice. Apologies for the late reply, I had missed this somehow.
