Validator performance in `/metrics`

What feature is it?

I would like to get validator performance information in /metrics. Pretty much everything that the validator keep track for internally, like number of peers, votes, attestation, and all other related data.

What problem does this feature solve?

Resolve: Impossible to keep track of the validator pods performance in our Kubernetes cluster using the /metrics endpoint directly.

There’s a way to check the node status at https://explorer.rss3.io/nodes/info. (See: https://docs.rss3.io/guide/for-node-operators/view-node-status). However, it only provides general information about the node API. We can certainly add more details about the pod itself! /cc @pseudoyu
