PGP key missing

Hello,

I was following this guide : https://github.com/RIPE-NCC/ripe-atlas-probe-doc/blob/master/manuals/Debian12-binary.en.md

I get a :

Err:3 https://ftp.ripe.net/ripe/atlas/software-probe/debian bookworm InRelease
  The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY D97345B4F6FCF4B8

GPG key D97345B4F6FCF4B8 isn't on any keyserver I checked
