Given that the ACR API currently supports pulling of DICOM via DICOMweb, IG shall also support export via DICOMweb.

Enable DICOMweb STOW as an option for exporting DICOM results.
Describe alternatives you've considered
IG currently supports export over C-STORE SCU but in some environments, traditional DIMSE service may not be available.
