Hoverable pop-up in vocabulary review page is broken

No longer displays e.g. definition, pinyin, notes, etc., when hovering over a term on the review page - instead the pop-up shows 3 empty fields demarcated by colons.

temp fix to make it useable for Chinese in korean-nlp-troubleshooting branch. It's ugly but I just want to study this evening.

Quick fix: in templates/learner_profile.html hardcoded Chinese learner profile relevant column values from chi_sim_learner_profile.csv after adding dictionary contents.
