IMPORTANT NOTICE

This software ("The Software") is provided under the terms of this license. The Software incorporates and depends on the Ultralight SDK, which is governed by the "ULTRALIGHT FREE LICENSE AGREEMENT" ("The Ultralight License"). By using The Software, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below, which include critical obligations passed down from The Ultralight License.

Section 1: Definitions

1.1. "The Software": Refers to the Prisma UI framework, an independent work by The Author, including its source code, compiled binaries, documentation, and all associated files.

1.2. "The Author": Refers to Prisma UI.

1.3. "The Original Version": Refers to The Software as officially distributed by The Author.

1.4. "A Modified Version": Refers to any version of The Software that has been altered, adapted, or changed in any way.

1.5. "Public Distribution": Refers to any act of making The Software, or a work containing it, available to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, publishing it on a public repository, offering it for download, or distributing it as part of another application.

1.6. "Private Use": Refers to using or modifying The Software internally by you or your organization in a way that does not involve Public Distribution.

Section 2: Granted Rights

The Author grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

2.1. Use: To use The Software for non-commercial purposes or for limited commercial purposes as defined in Section 3.1.

2.2. Study: To view and study the source code of The Software to understand its functionality.

2.3. Modify for Private Use: To create and use A Modified Version for Private Use only.

2.4. Distribute the Original Version: To freely copy, share, and distribute The Original Version of The Software, provided this license is included without modification.

2.5. Contribute: To create a fork and A Modified Version for the sole purpose of submitting improvements back to The Author's official project via a Pull Request.

Section 3: Restrictions and Conditions

The rights granted in Section 2 are subject to the following restrictions. It is strictly forbidden to:

3.1. Exceed Commercial Use Limitation: Commercial use is permitted only if you or your entity meet all of the following criteria: (a) Your total gross revenue (turnover) in the last fiscal year was less than US$100,000, AND (b) You have raised total investment funding of less than US$100,000. If you or your entity exceeds either of these financial limits, you must purchase a Pro License directly from Ultralight, Inc. within thirty (30) days to continue the legal Public Distribution of any product using The Software. This obligation is inherited from The Ultralight License.

3.2. Publicly Distribute a Modified Version: You may not engage in the Public Distribution of any Modified Version of The Software. Only The Author has the right to publish official public versions. Any Public Distribution of a Modified Version requires prior, explicit, written permission from The Author.

3.3. Violate Inherited Obligations: You must adhere to the following obligations passed down from The Ultralight License: (a) No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the binary components of the Ultralight SDK included with The Software.

Section 4: Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
