Convert EXID to URI/URL

Currently EXID values are displayed in the sidebar without their TYPE. Could the display value be the full URI (concatenated TYPE + EXID)?

Good idea. Even better if it could be a link to the external system, e.g.

WikiTree: Skłodowska-2

This would require having a list of rules that create such links.
