What is the behaviour in-game?

It adds up with other sources of Aura Magnitude.

Base effect is 27% stun threshold (Lv24 Overwhelming Presence)
46% Quality gives 34% increased Aura Magnitude.
I take 146% aura magnitude from skill tree (11 desecrate 4% jewels x 25% adorned + a 4%
jewel in glove)
and 45% from Screpter (20% essence mod + 25% Martyr Idol)

They totals to 225% increased Aura Magnitude, amplifying the 27% to 87.75%.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

It behaves like the 34% from Quality is multiplicative with other sources of Aura Magnitude.

1.34 x (1 + 1.91) = 3.8994
This should be the calculation behind the "x3.9" shown in the image below.
