Store color of headers into `NewtData`

1. I sync my bookmarks across Chrome on my different devices, but the the color of the headers are not synced across
2. Can save the color of headers into the bookmarks?
3. Perhaps embedding it in the folder name or another entry in the NewtData folder that is named .colors or something
