[Proposal] Make reviewer assignement working

it needs to be fix as I sometimes miss PRs because of this. Something is happening in the workflow where no reviewer is found. Should be relatively easy to do.

I just took a quick a look into the issue. So, unfortunately, the .github folder has been removed with the uv changes. But I have taken a look into the workflow file before these changes, and I have might have found the problem:

When someone opens a PR as a draft, you won’t automatically get assigned as a reviewer. Even if they later mark the PR as 'Ready for Review,' the Automatic Review Request workflow will run but won't trigger because there are usually no new commits made after marking it as ready for review.

Yes, I plan to add some actions back at one point so thank you for checking on that, I keep it in mind :)
