completely toggle functionality?

in case of emergency/ultimate developer mode need, it would be great if we could disable all functionality on a boolean toggle, and see the core state of the more-info cards.

this would ofc be an admin tool only.

I mean into this' need' while testing the various updates, and had to comment the full configuration file and update view. If we had a toggle (like kiosk-mode has it) this would be instantaneously and not require backend editing of any file.
