Improve contrast of link text on dark background

Describe the bug
Dark pink link text on a dark background scores quite poorly from a contrast point of view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Switch to dark mode
2. Visit FAQ page
3. Strain to read links

Expected behavior
Link text should be higher contrast in order to be more readable.
