Count Usage

Still figuring this one out, been thinking of how to approach this since 2.2.0. SillyTavern and other clients have functionality to count tokens and break down usage on request completion, so it would be great if IntenseRP supported this as well, but for that, we need a tokenizer, which I naturally don't have since this is not a direct API. I might want to look into what metadata the server returns when the interception is done, as there seem to be some stats. Still investigating.

UPDATE:

Only GLM (Z.AI) returns this usage data, so that's the only provider I'll implement this for at the moment. Possibly will also add for AI Studio as it counts tokens too (afaik).

Added in 87a87c5 only for GLM, I'll see if I can add this for AI Studio as well once (and if) I can finish integrating that beast.
