Don't spam the user with error dialogs when failing to connect to a PS3's FTP server

Currently, if Refresher fails to connect to a PS3's FTP server using the "Connect" button, it will open 3 error dialogs. Ideally, it should be just one, and probably without the entire exception, since this is a known and common failure.
