These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FixTweetBot ("the Bot", "we", "our") as a service provided through the Discord platform. By inviting or interacting with FixTweetBot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By using FixTweetBot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
Use of the Bot is permitted only in environments that:
- Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Do not promote or engage in illegal activity, as defined by the laws of France and the jurisdiction of the user.
- Do not involve bot abuse, spam, or excessive automation.
- Respect ethical standards of conduct, including prohibitions against hate speech, harassment, and malicious activity.

FixTweetBot is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, functionality, or performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for:
- Data loss, corruption, or bot malfunction.
- Content or behavior of users when using the Bot.
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Bot.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Bot:
- Complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws.
- Adheres to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Does not result in abuse of the Bot or compromise its operation for others.
We reserve the right to:
- Remove the Bot from any server at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
- Immediately suspend or revoke access in cases of Terms violations.
