What happened?
It is possible to soft lock the Ship Client when attempting to back out (B after clearing the name) of the Name Entry screen from the AP quest tab right after connecting to AP, this results in all controls locking up (except esc menu) and the player is unable to do anything without restarting ship, this doesn’t seem to happen with the other quest tabs just the AP one

I tried it myself and also confirmed this happens when pressing B on a blank name
Input viewer shows controls being pressed but the screen is unresponsive to any inputs
Matt has pointed it this seems to only occur with the NTSC copy of the game and not the PAL version
What were the expected results?
The Client should back out of the name entry screen without locking controls (similar to what it does for the other non AP quests)
