I'd like to be able to search https://api.code.gov/repos?api_key=DEMO_KEY&languages=javascript and have it return all of the repos that are JS regardless of whether incorrect capitalization was used (e.g., `Javascript`, `javaScript`) **Describe alternatives you've considered** A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. We probably just need to add a .toLowerCase a couple times on the back-end. **Additional context** Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
