CSV header fields to provide more information about the source #1578

Now that we will soon have a new data entry tool (FreeComETT) it might be worth discussing whether the headers in our CSV files should contain more information about the source document. The main goal is to make it absolutely clear what was transcribed and who has custodianship of the original, but we can extend the information to include the condition of the document (or its facsimile), permission to transcribe, etc. Suggested fields:

Name of custodial institution
Document Reference Number (according to the custodial institution's catalog)
Document Source Type (original document, microfilm reader screen, digital photo, photocopy, etc. This is already being used in FreeComETT)
Overall condition of document or its facsimile (water-damage, blurry photos, records partly illegible due to writing being lost in the binding, etc.)

Ideally, the information in these fields should be part of each displayed record in search results (this would require some coding work). Otherwise it would have to be part of the Register page that users can find by clicking on the Register Type hyperlink in a search result.
