Reported Issue:
At present, whenever a file is Replaced or Deleted, the previous version is saved to the Attic. None are ever deleted, so the Attic is getting larger. I discussed this with Kirk and it doesn't take up much storage space, but it makes it difficult to find a file to recover because some transcrbers will have thousands of entries.
My suggestion is that, whenever a new file is added to the Attic, if there are more than three versions of that file, and the extra are more than one month old, then they should be deleted. No confirmation is needed because only SysAdmin can access the Attic.
I am not asked very often to recover a file, but when I am it is important.
This is just a "Nice to have".
