I need help unlocking sub GHz rolling code

I used to have another software updated to the newest unleashed, now the sub GHz rolling code is locked and I don’t know how to fix it, help plz, I know it's a simple fix I'm just not able to see it

If it is the 'enable debug' prompt, go to settings -> system -> scroll down to debug and turn it on. if that is not the prompt, i am unsure. just learned that last night
