Rails search bar is not clear

1. The relationship between the search and filter fields is unclear. I studied for a long time what I had done wrong, and later found out that only ID can be entered here, and addresses cannot be searched. If you want to search for addresses, you need to change the corresponding filtering options.

2. When filtering by status, the status bar on the left has no effect after being selected. You still need to press the apply button on the right to filter.
