Assign Milestones & Tasks

As an Advisor,
I want to assign milestones or tasks to students,
So that I can structure their project work and track progress.
Acceptance Criteria:
Advisor can create milestones/tasks on the student’s project board.
Each milestone/task has:
Deliverables
Due date
RP/SC weighting (optional for gamification)

Students can see assigned milestones/tasks in their dashboard.
Advisor can edit or reassign milestones before submission.
