CLI option to change the directory for save/cfg files?

hi! excuse my ignorance, I can't find a list of CLI options available here in this repo so I'm hoping someone can help me with my specific issue.

On Linux and macOS, I find it convenient to put everything into a .squashfs and it works great cross-platform with a lot of titles that don't need write access (eg. timegal-hd.daphne.squashfs) using a helper mount script.

The issue I run into is with titles that need to write save data (eg. Puss_in_Boots.daphne/Cfg/save.cfg). These titles boot and play just fine until the point where they need to write to this file and hypseus-singe exits with an error.

I'd like to better understand what -datadir -homedir and -singedir each do. What works is the first two point to my writeable install root (/userdata/system/configs/hypseus-singe) and the latter to the singe root (eg. /userdata/roms/singe)

Ideally I would want a -cfgdir option so I can point it to a save directory (eg. /userdata/saves/singe) and redirect the script to save its files in the alt directory (eg. /userdata/saves/singe/Puss_in_Boots.daphne/Cfg/save.cfg)

If there is a better way to do this, I'm all ears!

This is currently dictated by the LUA files in the games themselves. They specify a relative path for saving the .cfg files and other writable media. So currently the only way to do it is by editing the game LUA. Not ideal.

However, in the drive to expand zip rom (zlua) support, the next release will have the ability to use the Zip ROM format for this game type, which will save all the .cfg and writable files to the main ram sub-folder. Which, in turn, can have the path specified via the current -ramdir argument. This should solve your issue.

This is now supported in 2.11.6 with the arguments described above.
