[IMPROVEMENT] Option to Turn Off Cartoon Illustrations

Describe the improvement

Many of those designs are too salient with bright colors. They obfuscate the focus of the interface, which is not helped by the fact that many of those icons can't be called self-explanatory either.

Describe how this improvement could help users

This removes visual clutter, smoothens out the over design, and restores the intended consistency across the board. Boring, clean and modern designs are a better fit for UniGetUI. Those have worked well for this project for many years.

It was a bit of a jumpscare seeing those on such a clean UI. Nothing wrong with the illustrations themselves, I just really don't like how they look in such a clean program. I would love to have the ability to disable, or at least replace these, in a similar way to how Prism Launcher/MultiMC handled it. A silly seal? Now we're talking.

Please remove these.. I don't think these cartoons are helpful and actually degrade the quality of the application. I thought a was in some hacked version when the flying rocket office guy popped up on screen. All these cartoons are just distraction from the intent of the application. At least give an option in settings to disable them.
