[BUG] Incorrect Text Styling in New UI

Describe your issue

• Previous WinUI3 Focused Behavior (title bar text rendered as white when focused)

• Current Avalonia Behavior (title bar text remains gray always)

Which is not limited to the title bar. Search bar text appears too dim as well under current UI. Previously it used a brighter gray which stood out more.
