[IMPROVEMENT] Specialized 'animator' handlers for log viewing

Describe the improvement

I know it's not particularly "the fault" of unigetUI, but when running an install or update with the animated

|/-\|-/-\ ... 

like VS code installation, 'breaks' the ability to follow the install log as it very quickly fills up the screen with one character per line. Maybe there can be a special case handler for one line outputs for these characters to stay on the same line for the output log.

Help me follow the log of the installers which use this 'animation' trick.

I've merged a fix that makes installers that update the same line with carriage returns (like |/-\ spinners and download progress bars) update that line in the log viewer instead of adding a new one every frame, so the log stays readable.

It'll be included in the next release.
