Updates the limited Freebuff landing screen so users who have used all daily sessions no longer see a misleading Start session button or Enter hint. The exhausted state now explains the daily session limit, includes the user's session count context, and keeps the reset countdown visible. This fixes the UX confusion where a disabled quota state still looked actionable. Validated with prettier, CLI typecheck, and focused component tests.
