[Wiki] Fabrik Wiki outdated, mentions IDE instead of Fabrik.

• The wiki https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik/wiki mentions IDE instead of Fabrik.
• If the wiki is needed, we can fix that and in addition:
• Also, it would be better if in the Models sections, we create direct links to the Model pages rather than having to copy-paste them.
• Also the list of working models can be updated by referring to the README.

Or because we already have documentation, can we scrap the Wiki entirely?
