re-usability of Popups on other dashboards

Hej.
So far I am aware that I can just define popups per dashboard and there is no "global" definition possible. Sinde I am using complete different layouts of my dashboard, but the same popups for mobile and on my tablet, this is really creating a lot of effort if I change sth. at the popups.
I am pretty sure that I am not the only one trying to deal with it. What is your solution for that? Have I missed an available function to reach exactly what I want to do?
