Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have 1 item without lore and 1 of the same item with lore.
2. Hold the one without lore
3. /tm take it

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Because one has lore, it shouldn't be transmuted

Actual behavior
It does, unbelievable.
