Upstream / vanilla kernel check

I tested with a vanilla/upstream kernel and the issue does NOT reproduce there (CachyOS-specific bug)

Bug description

Due to recent updates cachyos emerland color in plasma style is not working with cachyos nord which used to work perfectly. Panels and bottom taskbar background is getting milk white or grey on system-wide dark theme.

Fix.

Steps to reproduce

global theme: Cachy os nord
color: cachy os nord lightly
plasma style: cachy os emerland color

incorrect unacceptable background color it used to be properly dark themed
even with taskbar's opacity translucent still the background color is distorted.

FIx.

Expected behavior

shall produce proper background on taskbar and panels

Actual behavior

background getting milky white on dark theme which used to be proper themed in dark mode.
