BPS_SUM_v4_4_0 to update proposed Job Orders with the good Processor version

Hello,

Even if this is an easy fix to apply manually, the BPS_SUM Job Orders might be updated according to the processor version, so that it matches the version of the BPS bundle.

Here is the error encountered running BPS v4.4.0 using Job Order manuals template proposed in BPS_SUM_v4_4_0.pdf:

It would be helpful if the Job Orders were automatically aligned with the processor version to avoid these errors.

We are not updating all the Job Orders in the SUM for each delivery, but there is a note saying:

Processor_Version / Task_Version, that shall contain the processor version (in the form MM.mp, with M for major, m for minor and p for patch);
