Ninjas consistently depressurize this the station

This is annoying for the ninja because it:

• forces them to emag every door in maintenance
• internals must always be on
• ninjas are meant to be stealthy-ish, and every maintenance door being emagged is a telltale sign of a ninja

This is annoying for the crew because:

• holy crap, the station is gone
• holy crap, maintenance is wide open
• firelocks firelocks firelocks

I've thought of three solutions to this problem, and I feel at least two of these should be implemented.

• Give ninjas agent cards
• Give ninjas cards with maintenance access
• Sprinkle occasional firelocks throughout maintenance

Firelocks in maintenance on all maps would make the station much more robust to a single breach. External doors often have access requirements that force break-ins, the main point of entry in the station is generally solar arrays and those external airlocks require a special access.
