Maybe upload the image to a container registry like Red Hat's Quay, Docker Hub or the GHCR?

It used to, but self-hosting infrastructure is never a bad idea: https://hub.docker.com/r/archiveteam/warrior-dockerfile

(At least that's all I know. Its possible there are other reasons.)

I totally agree, but co-uploading to something like the Free & open source Red Hat Quay.io Registry isn't a bad idea either, is it?
