The question of whether this library is a joke is very hard to discern, but after several 10-hour calls with our staff members and reserved meetings we have come to the conclusion: No. Why did we do this? Because just saying "no" at first was too 1x. If we talk and discuss and generate a mathematical proof that the answer is no, we can say we have a certified "no". We won't put the proof here, because you're not 10x and wouldn't want to read it.
